Amazon is great when you do things their way. But the minute you deviate from their rules it goes horrible wrong.Their customer services people just lie to get you off the phone and customer service doesn’t exist. I have two accounts and cancelled the wrong one, my mistake. But my Amazon Prime and £150 worth of gift vouchers were attached to the account I cancelled by mistake. I’m a pensioner and was told to lie to the bank and that all is lost even though I can prove I paid 99 for my prime and can give the voucher numbers. Is this the way Jef Bezos gets rich by doing pensioners

I have had to make over four phone calls and multiple emails and I keep getting different information and nothing has been resolved. I ordered an item in the color Navy, but received black instead. I called customer service and was told that a replacement would come for me with 2 day expedited shipping and would arrive by Sunday, which is today. However, the item has never even shipped. I ordered this item with guaranteed arrival for Christmas, and so since they sent me the wrong item I was supposed to receive a replacement in time. I called customer service again today, only to be told that I was given false information by another agent. I was told that the replacement would take over 7 days to process, I would not get it in time, and that nothing could be done for me. This is absolutely absurd customer service. I should not have to pay for an item, receive the wrong one, not get my issue solved in time for guaranteed Christmas delivery like I ordered in time for originally, and then be told by one agent that I was given lies by another. This is absolutely ridiculous, and I should not have to spend so much of my time calling and emailing back and fourth just to receive what I payed for with Macy’s. They won’t even give me a refund for my item now.

Not 70 dollars. Not even 7. Just seventy cents. I made it clear we were happy to pay the difference if it meant salvaging that first magical night in Paris. But the answer? No. Apparently, in 2025, a tech-driven travel company still can’t process a 70 cent payment adjustment to help a family caught in a situation completely out of their control.Instead, they suggested we just pay the entire amount again—another $158—if we wanted to take the cruise. No flexibility. No empathy. No effort to understand what it meant to finally arrive in Paris with a tired, hopeful child, only to be told your money is gone and your plans are, too.We didn’t expect a freebie. We weren’t asking for a handout. We were asking for basic human decency. Awful. My mom had a yahoo account for years and she still has the same phone number. For some reason she cannot change password and enter her mail anymore, altough we did verify the account by sending codes. She lost so much importanat info. They dont provide any solution.

This site does not actually let you compare rates from different lenders. What it does is give your contact info to every mortgage lender in the country to call you and discuss their rates. I have gotten over 60 calls/texts in the last 2 days from mortgage lenders. Of course you can compare rates if you talk to each company for an hour. Bankrate is a scam.

I have spent way too much money at Ulta to find out that their customer service is terrible. I am no longer going to be supporting Ulta beauty. I use to love Sephora and thought to give Ulta a try. I will now go back and support their competitor. Sephora’s customer service is amazing, the staff is always friendly and smiling and willing to meet customer needs. Recently I had a horrible experience at Ulta with a rude manager. I have worked retail before, and no customer should be talked down on just because that person had a bad day. I’m done walking into Ulta stores, I’m done shopping online, I’m done referring others there. Don’t be rude to your customers!

Ulta guest services is very depersonalized and very unhelpful. I’m a diamond member after this year building my makeup kit for my career as makeup artist, and after dealing with guest services, I don’t even want to continue shopping with Ulta. They have become so big and powerful and have so many customers that the individual doesn’t matter to them. They inflexibly all tell different lies and excuses always sending people to the store to deal with inquiries that guest services very well had the means to deal with…my managers at Ulta when I worked there even quoted how lazy guest services is and unhelpful. Horrible service line so robotic, I’ve found little to no empathy and professionalism and feedback in my dealings with their customer service as a customer… to restate highly unhelpful.

On the website it is stated “3-5 days delivery”, after you order you receive an email saying that there might be delays. It has been now 5 working days since I ordered and while I did receive an email yesterday with the shipping update, no parcel is to be found in the Hermes system. I am quite disappointed, it’s 2024 and I am buying from an established business.
