Quite simply the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. We use Facebook as a key tool for our advertising our franchise business and without doubt it provides the worst support full stop. As a small business, when you are spending 90% of your advertising budget each month which is around £1k and they dont even have a human to answer your questions you know there is something wrong.Ive tried for the past 3 months to resolve an issue where our business card is blocked from making payments for our ads, but the same card has been happily paying for Twitter ads and every other part of our business. But they expect us to get a new card from our bank just for them! Don't get me started on trying to get ads approved. Over 50+ customer chats to get ads approved by humans as the bots algorithm is simply not good enough to differentiate between a franchise business and job advert. ALWAYS get someone on the chat that say "We know your issue is important and don't worry we will help" but I am always dealing with a new person who asks basic questions ive heard a million times and it takes me 20 minutes to finally get it expedited. Why aren't there ad account managers at this level?Dreadful, dreadful support.

I ordered this book on October 1st, 2022. Every day I would receive a notice stating that it would be here that day by 7pm. After 2 weeks of not receiving the book, I cancelled the order and ordered the book from Amazon. I had it the next day. I received it today, October 18th. Extremely dissatisfied and will never order a book online from Barnes & Noble.

Capterra made finding quality ChMS companies so easy! I gave them what I was looking for and was contacted by 5 companies the next day. They followed up with me throughout the process to be sure that I was progressing smoothly with each of the companies. It was more than I ever could've imagined! Their customer service is A++++!

Ok so when i first started using accuweather it was spot on but this last 2 months or more its been really off like dead wrong off like things keep changing on this app for example yesterday an a few days before it showed a possible chance of rain one day it said 25% another day it said 55% another day it said 75% an thats a great chance for rain but today when i checked it they all show 0% percent chance like where the hell did the rain an percentage of rain go i know it didn't just disappear!!! Among other things that keep changing one day it will show the air quality with the rain an everything all together u go an check it again it not there u have to go an hunt for that stuff thats always dissapearing the dam radar dont even work half the time it takes for ever to load!!!! I mean come on guys if ur going to have an app that advertises the weather then make sure its correct an on point% stop changing stuff an stop moving stuff around put everything in an easy to find location an all the dam advertisements are just a pain in the ass an annoying as hell like where not there to read about someones foot problems or politics or anything eles where there to check the dam weather thats it!!!!

My order is missing and no one is helping! The What’sApp chat service is horrible, they take ages to respond and ask you if you need any assistance and then disconnect the chat immediately. It happened so many times. Impossible to get someone to talk to me about the issue. I am so upset and never thought Zara was THIS BAD at customer service.
