Before I signed up, I emailed customer service who were very helpful. Sign up and basic set up was fairly easy. The system works well, but I did find the need to contact customer service a couple of times to find some things that I couldn't work out for myself. Again they were very helpful and gave me clear instructions on what to do to personalize my BMAC experience. So far I've been very happy with the experience and have (after only a few days) got supporter.

We booked a villa in Siesta Key Florida for October this year however the property flooded due to the recent hurricane and the owner cancelled the booking. He assured me that the refund would be processed ASAP however I am still waiting for a refund. He has told VRBO that he has already refunded me which is not true. I get a real bad feeling about this. Thankfully I should be covered by my credit card company but it looks like I will be out of pocket for $8.5k for a while before this is sorted.Please take my advice, do not use VRBO

FRUSTRATING. After working with 3 different SFDC entities at for 3 different employers, I can only say: SFDC is the most frustrating incident in my business life over time. Currently, I am struggling with getting the Plugin for Outlook to work. It just keeps failing, the software does not react to any input, the key user does not know what to do, SFDC service cannot be reached, i.e. does not react. I cannot properly manage my accounts with this software. It´s like a car that never get´s you were you need to go and that constantly breaks down on you. Whatever you do when looking for a CRM for your company: don´t go for SalesForce. My colleagues in sales are either ignoring it or ultimately frustrated by it. SFDC is really detrimental to your business. It is a waste of your time and resources.BTW, if I could, I would give negative stars or just for SFDC a BLACK HOLE

Honestly Salesforce is one of the best tools I have in my arsenal at work. It's likely the best CRM that I've ever used, and I've used many over the years. I don't know why SF has so many bad reviews here. I'd recommend that they try contact their support team as they've been excellent in my experience.

I spent over 100k and my company was never even set up correctly by Oppty. Sales force never helped us at all and said too bad you signed a contract. They are a pathetic bunch of clowns. We had 3 sales reps in one year and finally shut it off and will pay until end of 2024 for nothing

LG is the worst product to buy, they will avoid at all cost to fix your product or refund you!!! I bought a curve LG screen for $2,300.00 after 1 wk of purchase it started burning up on the corner of the screen and damgaed the whole tv, i took the tv back to best buy and they said i had to speak with LG because it was a defective TV and till this day a yr later have had no help from Lg nor best buy to get it fixed!!! Never will i ever buy a LG again

I both heat pomp water to air in november, every month i have problems. it's working on back up mode and use electricity heater to warm up water.Support is so bad i have to wait 2 weeks and nobody came to fix it Don't choose panasonic !!!
