I pay £14.99 a month for Meta verified and I have sent several emails to the Meta pro team in an attempt to get my disabled Facebook account reactivated so I can access my business page but they have been unhelpful and dismissive.On the 7th of December Meta permanently disabled my personal Facebook account with no prior warning or reason given. Whenever I try to sign into my account (which is linked to my business page) I receive a message saying my account is disabled. upon retrieving my Facebook data I came across some concerning log in locations, some of which aren't even in my country which makes me question Metas security when it comes to 2FA. I suspect this maybe why Meta has incorrectly disabled my Facebook account as I have not violated any of the companies community standards and my business page status was green.When I attempt to appeal my account being disabled on Facebook and upload my ID, I receive the message: “Your form couldn't be sent. Log in to your Facebook account for more information about how to request a review.” But of course, it is not possible for me to log in or appeal as my account is permanently disabled so I am stuck in an endless loop of despair.

I cannot use enough negative adjectives to describe the atrocity that is FedEx. Horrible. Abhorrent. Detestable. Abysmal. The worst. You paid for 2 day shipping? Eh, it'll be there next week. Overnight? It'll be there in 3 days. Time sensitive shipment? An elderly sloth on a scooter would be faster. Between them not being able to get their delivery dates right, delivering to the wrong address, or failing to deliver at all, I have no clue how they are still in business. If you want to pay for your package to tour the country, this is the place to ship it through. I am filled with dread each and every time I place an order online and see that they shipped it through Federal Excruciating delivery, as I know I may as well throw a handful of darts at a map and another at a calendar to see when and where it will get delivered.

Decided to start using "proper" filling stations instead of supermarket fuel, and used local BP in Emerson Vaslley, Milton Keynes. Prominent offer of 5p per litre off fuel if I buy 2 of any of a number of items, including Maltesers 103gm packs. My wife likes them so knowing they're £1.00 each at any supermarket, I thought I'd get them more or less free. Lo and behold after querying my bill I'm informed the Maltesers are £2.85p each pack with BP, so in reality the offer is no offer. Emailed complaint to BP Express weeks ago; no reply.

99 Designs has many talented, dedicated artists. I asked them to create an ebook cover for me. They provided more choices than I expected, and the choices were so good, it was very difficult to choose a favorite. It was a very satisfying experience in every way.

I purchased a very dysfunctional WordPress theme that had good reviews but was a nightmare to set up. Theme Forest has a very poor refund policy, so I won't get my money back, even though I'll never use the theme. My advice, invest in a good WordPress theme off of Theme Forest.

Autocad is the most frustrating piece of software ever made. It gets stucked 50 times a day since the developers build layer after layer based on software principles dating back to the 80ies, without ever fixing the endless list of bugs. Strongly recommend Vectorworks or Archicad over the graphically poor working Autocad

The speed, within a couple of hours after sending my request I was contacted by an actual person who was not only knowledgable polite and easy to talk to . He talked me through the steps I would need to take and sent detailed insructions with screen shots so I would know were to find the next button to click. So helpful ... will save me lots of time in the future. Thank you !!

Bought a jump suit that doesn’t fit like the picture and now I have to pay to return it. When will companies realise that been expected to pay for returns just stops people buying there product, got caught out this time but I won’t order from them again

My experience is fabulous it started with I needed 4 kits shipped to 3 different address and it was just a little difficult to do this from my phone. I called customer service and they had it complete in no time. I've been wanting my family to do this and I can't wait and now I'm starting our family tree and it's a lot of fun with the tools they have. Thank you, Kimberley

If you get a call from a Yelp agent offering a free trial of their new marketing program that will get you leades/clicks to your website beware. They make it sound like free but then the costs quickly grow to thousands in a month. I reached out to their Customer Success and was told because the services are "self managed" they cannot help. So disappointing to see a company like this with deceptive practices that take advantage of customers.

I called customer service. I believe I got a call center. All I wanted was one number on a zip code changed for a package I had shipped. The first time I called she told me it was taken care of. It wasn't. I called back. I got the same girl. I had to tell her a number of times what I wanted. It took her forever to figure out she just had to change one number on a zip code. I asked to speak to a supervisor she wouldn't let me. I asked to speak to someone else. She wouldn't let me. It would be helpful if you're going to have call centers in India to have someone who is not inept and understands what the customer is asking her to do.

Absolutely appalling service. I only wanted to read an article and cancel the free subscription after 1 month. You have to call customer services, who were very unhelpful and only interested in selling you a subscription. I made my feelings very clear about NewsCorp and who owns this enterprise and the customer service agent laughed and cut me off. I did have success in confirming my subscription was cancelled via the online chat though. Avoid this paper!
