Disgraceful customer service - I have now been trying to change my phone number for nearly 2 months. I was initially asked for a proof of address (provided), then for my Orginal ID document (from KYC - provided) then a video verification video (provided). My phone is yet to be changed. Very disappointed by this disgraceful and borderline fraudulent service. Incredibly trust eroding - I used to love Crypto.com, but after this experience hard to ever trust them again. I wonder if I will ever manage to get that number changed..

The site is unparalled in requestng facial photos now to validate one's desire to use its site. I'm no "spring chick" but to censor, block and discriminate towards me as a senior woman in my simple desire to keep in contact with old friends, is absolutely abborent & uncalled for when a tremendous amount of PERSONAL information has been given to them to compare identity. Now I remember WHY I closed the account years ago. These kids are absolutely overthetop specious & wholly ignorant, and I wouldn't trust them with too much of my own personal information for security purposes (...they say) I will not be held hostage and find another, more compatible, "user friendly" site. What an utter disgrace!

The service is great. Our website was hacked a few years ago and Wordfence worked with us to remove all the offending bits of code and helped us lockdown the remaining points of entry. The product is intuitive and well integrated into the platform. But the best feature of all is their exceptional customer support, whenever you need help they are at the ready.

I opened a new account and tried to make a purchase, but kept getting an error message when I tried to check out. I messaged Depop customer service for help and they banned me. I guess they don't want customers which sucks for them because I would have bought a lot of items. Oh well I'll stick with other platforms that actually value their customers.

Xero is a fantastic out of the box system. It has everything you really need for a medium sized business, and will make your accountant very happy. However, Xero support is not good. They do not resolve issues in a timely manner, with multiple new people working on a ticket. No one can actually help resolve the issues.

Order sweaters for the company, seems they changed the GREY to a lighter with no notice, once we noticed we reached out to the nearby store was told because of COVID returns were not accepted. Then in Oct they changed their return policy which made it not possible for us to exchange the sweaters we received in the incorrect color. So now we have a bunch of sweaters we just want to exchange to the correct color, emailed with no help. Seems the company is not aware that there are shelter in place orders making it difficult to meet their last min changes on their return policies. Very disappointed.

Same experience as most people was supposed to get a free trail for 7 days and a reminder to cancel if I didn’t want to subscribe Guess what no reminder and they charged my card even though I cancelled on Apple account, No emails have been answered either!! Do not download this app!

I was offered a free trial which I thought I had cancelled within a day or two of signing up. I even received emails asking me to re-join. Two months later I was notified by my bank that a unrecognised subscription fee was being taken by Scribd. As I thought I had cancelled I revisited my Scribd account and deleted my details in case anything fraudulent was happening. The payment has been made and now I cannot contact Scribd for a refund as I cannot log in to their Customer Support automated system in order to raise a ticket. The Customer Support option "Without Login" does not work and an email to customer support gets an automatic response to go to the website. Extremely frustrating and obviously this has been a ploy to get an initial subscription fee. I am hoping that as my account is now deleted there will be no further charges as I have run out of contact options. Does anyone have any any suggestions? Update - Was contacted through my review on Trustpilot. I was refunded my one month subscription which had been cancelled but they were using a 2nd email address. Process was easy to get refund once they contacted me. Thank you Trustpilot and customer services Scribd. It has only been one month so I am hoping there will be no more charges.
