I needed to change my email address on my account so I contacted the support service for help. However, I then realised I had two change.org accounts. Support decided to merge the two accounts, once I had verified that I was the owner of both. I had to give them some data on each account that only I would know. I thought this was a very good process because of GDPR. Once I had confirmed, my two accounts were merged into one in the email address I wanted. This was quite a quick process. I dealt with one support member all throughout my query. Thanks so much for resolving my issue so promptly and efficiently.
