Wish there was an option for 0 stars. Ordered laptop with a large delivery time. No update for weeks after the promised delivery date past. Bad customer service, with no explanation. After a further wait the item won't be shipped for another two months with the advice 'you may wish to cancel' but our sales team can find you an alternative. My order is a generic laptop for business use, priced well but obviously too good to be true. Don't bother wasting your time go to there competitors because for a worldwide brand they are appalling at business.

I was defrauded by AbeBooks. I purchased a $69 hardback in New condition and received a $23 copy in good condition. The seller, Big Bill’s Books, even sent me an invoice showing that I paid for a $69 New book, but received a $23 used book. The book is clearly read, inscribed, and passages are underlined.
