Ordered an Enduro watch in the sale on Christmas Day, had an email to say it was delayed, then just had another to say it’s been cancelled.Worst thing is, my partner, who ordered the same watch an hour after me, has received his!Shockingly poor customer care, Garmin. Just honour your orders, despite your error!!

Wells Fargo is crazy to make me in 2022 wait on hold for 15-30mins and not offer live chat nor email support. Why can't I just submit a ticket or email and get support easier?? I'm about ready to move all my accounts to another bank.I'm so tired of this. Last thing I need to service fees charged that should not be and then have to call to get them removed.

The user experience is by far the worse when you compare it to Netflix or Disney+. For example, why are the episodes to series in seasons and not just a show as a whole? You have to find the season. What is that... And why include things part of other subscriptions?Give us a filter at least to only include what's part of Prime.

Do not believe the positive evaluations of this company. I bought Property Rental script, I never received the manual despite that I asked 4 times by chat, twice by mail and once by phone. I did not receive any technical help while there are lots of bugs (impossible to change the language of the calendar although a function is planned in the admin but it does not work) Flee this company!

I had lost my access to the password app due to a problem with my iPhone in which they had to reset it to the factory settings. I got in touch with the password app team and they helped me restore the app. Initially the information was there, but it wasn’t prompting the passwords and they were able to tell me what settings I had to tick on my phone in order to get it all back. I was very grateful as this is a very useful app and I have used it for many many years and was not looking forward to setting it all up again. It was really an iPhone issue, but they were able to help me and get everything back for me. A very good service
