Lacking in basic professional behaviour - Meta Marketing Pro, Vanessa Joyce Raymundo. 1)I arranged a meeting2)VJR sent a reschedule 5 mins before the start2)VJR cancelled the rescheduled meeting 5 mins before start3)I arranged another meeting4)VJR opened the call by asking is how I was, When I replied "not good due to all the wasted time" VJR replied "oh great" and carried on as though everything was great.5)I explained how I was unhappy with the time wasting, VJR blamed her systems.VJR needs to learn to take ownership, Meta needs to learn that the customers don't care about the excuse or the empty apology, it doesn't make a poor customer experience any better. It won't be long before TikTok's marketing engine catch's up and when it does Meta's monopoly will gone as will my willingness to tolerate a poor customer experience.
