Can’t use credit cards

Attempted purchases 6 times over the weekend. Kept telling me my security code for my card was incorrect for 2 different cards. They were not! Customer service isn’t open on weekends. I emailed them and they referred me to someone who said the only way to make a purchase is thru PayPal or after pay stinks that I can’t order.

Adding to the chorus. The absolute worst customer service and return/exchange policies. They lost me as a customer and I will do anything I can to warn others to find literally any other place to make a purchase. Awful

Southwest has really good rates if you shop early. It is not a luxury carrier, but they are reliable (at least to the places I fly to) and in general the attendants are pleasant and some are quite entertaining.

If I could give a minus zero and a half…

If I could give a minus zero and a half I would pissy customer service and welfare managers.. I miss lord and Taylor .. Annapolis mall has not been the same since they left .. if you want to get paid and not do you job work at Macy’s and the online store as well .. they need to close this DUMP down .. I will take up sewing and make my own clothes .. a waste .. GARBAGE and that’s my nice comment

They used to produce good stuff - not any more. Cheap, poor quality rubbish these days that doesn't work properly.Customer 'service' is none existent - they don't reply to you. Will avoid in the future.

Biggest scamming and phishing hosting…

Biggest scamming and phishing hosting service in the world!! They don’t do anything to stop this madness. In the last 24 hours I received alone 88 phishing emails, all of them are hosted either by cloudflare or one.com.Disappointing and unprofessional. Spoke with them before and they didn’t help.

Friendly, fast and most importantly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sorted out my issue in a couple of minutes. Great support service.

Facebook cares nothing about their customers. They allowed my account to be hacked. Then you cannot contact them. Facebook sends you automated replies. I have reached out to them over 50 times. I have emailed every address they have - hacked, abuse, support, security!
