Had fabulous service from Sam. Had routed myself to the business banking site rather than the personal, but Sam took the time to reroute me; made sure I was where I needed to be and gave me the 24 hr. hotline number. FYI...WF does not list "Wells Fargo Online" as an option. You might want to address this.

My 90 year old client went to the bank to try and get a credit card. Cassandra was standing in the lobby less than helpful told us we needed an appointment. We have been back twice since then trying to get this taken care of. I have never seen someone work so hard at not doing their job. It was a real art she is pathetic.

I want to see who people Snapchat again. I hate how it was taken away. I also want better outfits for bit emoji. I want to be able to change the pants separately from the shirt and shoes.. etc. Overall I like the app but I’m really disappointed with the changes

One star too many.. Patreon "creators" took my visa payment.. shut the service off and Patreon says tough luck.. I believe Patreon may be fabricating "creators" and drumming up interest then collecting and saying go ask the "creator" for your refund.. I will never trust this scam again.

Very poor. Always get stuck, very slow. Can not reply to messages as the screen and send button often greys out. I have to refresh literally 7 times to send a message. There is no contact option for support so you just have to live with and it will never get resolved !!!!!!
