Review of salesforce
It should be easier to access independent review platforms like this so innocent people looking to find out the truth about SalesForce can find it from actual users, and not the fluffed up canned reviews created by SF. That’s all that is immediately available unless you search for hours I wish I found this before I trusted this company with all my valuable client information to my detriment…after loosing ALL of my fines over a credit card glitch. I cancelled my cc after being a victim of identity theft. This happened twice. The first time…Once I reactivated my account, I realized my files were gone and it was like pulling teeth to get someone on the phone or anywhere to help restore them. Finally I got my files back. The 2nd time…again I was unable to get someone on the phone. Your account manager (or whatever they call them) changes all the time and this is the person you have to speak to. This card was where my SF monthly withdrawal came from. I actually enjoyed using SF as a CRM prior to these issues. People running a small business don’t have time to chase companies to correct a problem like this. It’s been over a tear…my fines still have not been retrieved and i have yet to even get a call back from SF. I’m done! In fact I should sue! I’m over SalesForce!!!!
Review of mindbodyonline
MindBody has made money transactions, scheduling, and promoting possible and easy. You can also get someone on the phone. Training on the phone has been insightful and empowering. They give you the confidence to start your business.

I have been submitting pictures for the past 4 years and only made $61.86 of which Alamy takes $-49.49 in commission. Honestly, find another company to submit or take your pictures from Alamy is unreliable and useless I hope this company goes bankrupt and the industry actually pays photographers a fair wage or a fair price for their work.

Review of sage
contacted sage with network connectivity connections but they were unhelpful referring me to articles that make no sense to me, we are a small office with 2 users and no IT department. as our IT person would sleep 51 weeks out of 52, we never need any sage help other than this type of issue but have to pay for help anyhow through subscriptions. reduced service increased price

Review of kayak
Kayak claimed I would have free cancellation. It routes me to Sixt website when I clicked the offered rate, but since I was at their website and not through kayak it’s not free cancellations. Sixt charged me extra to pick up form a down town location and drop at the airport. That’s not kayaks fault but don’t advertise free cancellations if that’s not the case. If your siren isn’t better organized then that...never using kayak again. I’m stuck with Sixt and a way to high prices reservation. I’m never using them again, but not planning on using Kayak because of the poor experience and the lack of clarity on your website.

Review of aol
I wish there was a way to give zero stars.AOL Customer support is a total waste. I was able to find three different 800 numbers to use, but you can never get through. If you do get past the initial greeting, plan to stay on hold at the very minimum of 45 minutes.I have been trying to get my email account re-verified since my phone messed up a couple days ago. They want a two factor verification and the phone number that I initially used to set up. My email is no longer valid.Of course, customer service can help you. They say call back in 48 hours. And of course when you call back in 48 hours, they still can’t help you and tell you to call back in 48 hours again. And when you call back in 48 hours again, they still can’t help you. Asking to talk with a supervisor does not help. They say their system does not give them any other options to verify your account other than the phone number that you originally had. And then they say call back in 48 hours.I honestly don’t know how these people are still even in business.I was told yahoo bought AOL out. My only question is how much did AOL have to pay yahoo to take the service on?

The arrogance of this business blocking site is awful. Started with the 1st 300 month free special as I was just opening my new business. I got 2 reviews I worked really hard to earn. Both 5 out of 5. & both taken off by the AI software & blocked. So now mw once 2 5 star reviews went to 0 reviews & 0 stars. I called & asked why. I had proof they were legit. They didn't care at all. Told me I'm not paying for reviews (YES I WAS) & that it's a software problem & they can't do nothing about it. WELL, I'm human & I can. Client lost.
