Recently took an executive car to the airport - it was a beat up 2016 A6 where the seats in the back were collapsed. back pain after 1 hour 10 in traffic. Not a great start to a long journey ! Looked up the requirements and at the time it was 2017. That’s 8 years old versus other ride apps which require 7 or even 6 years - Uber was totally unapologetic and as a result I don’t use them anymore. They don’t care once they become an established brand so it’s best to vote with your feet and go elsewhere- then they might become more customer oriented. Luckily there are plenty of alternatives for me in central london. In 15 years I complained once and their response was not interested to help.

Do not make it easy to cancel subscription. Tried to call to cancel after my free trial - make you wait on hold for a significant time. Didn't have time to hold on.Was charged £13Called again to cancel today after paying £26.Got through today to be told I can't get a refund despite not actually using the subscription.My subscription is not cancelled and I can use my subscription until the end of the month. I have been refused a refund.Do no bother with this

eBay are absolutely disgusting, after returning a carburettor for a chainsaw because it was total Chinese rubbish eBay deducted £1.50 for postage from my refund.I tried the eBays online chat service for help and I wished I hadn't bothered because the agent I chatted to was completely unhelpful, I never thought anyone would be treated so poorly after 25 years of having an account with them.I was so angry I told them I am considering my account thinking they might reconsider and blow me they sent me a link on how to close my account instead.Well I have a good mind to do just that, you are absolutely disgusting vial people!

I ordered three pillow covers, they did not look like the photos on site. I returned them not knowing I was going to be charged for that return. They charged $31 for items that weighed almost nothing. When I tried to tell customer service, they said they put it under buyers remorse and would not return my money. I spent over $40 and received an $11 return. SCAM/RIP OFF BUYER BEWARE

What happened to all those employees who help in time of need? There were kids on the ground exhausted, people in distress by the boat load. You guys are so quick to tell good stories and how your employees help. They all went home to bed, the few that were there I could tell were bothered by the chaos and had no answers for anyone. There was one employee walking down the long line of people. I thought finally someone to help give us an update. No she was just trying to figure out why so many hundreds of people were in line at such a late hour. I guess if I didn’t start recruiting people at midnight to help find a taxi, UBER or Lyft to Oklahoma I would have slept on the floor and I think your staff would have left thinking that seems wild. It felt like we were treated just like that a wild animal who didn’t belong in the airport. Yet we were canceled. GrrrrrrrrI bribed one lyft car a $100 tip on top of the $200$100 over the rate to drive us to Oklahoma city. Arrived at 4 am in a squished car, exhausted and tired. I was afraid to go to sleep because the lady driving was quiet and I didn’t want her to fall asleep. Now its 6.24 I need to figure out how to get my bags and rental car. what a nightmareI'm so upset with Southwest Airlines right now, they left me stranded, and for some reason decided our plane was canceled while others continued to leave to their destinationPlease call me, I have been very very loyal to southwest airlines yet they treated me and hundreds of others like animals left to the wild The worse part is SW makes it difficult to speak with a customer rep 915-539-9644. It was not civil or thought out. I want my money back
