I use crypto.com for spot orders and for its useful debit card which gives 0.5% crypto cashback on all purchases made using the physical card (not through third parties such as curve though). The crypto earn features are nice and easy to use and offer relatively decent DeFi returns for a CEX.Only negative experience has been trying to order a replacement for a card which just stopped working and they tried to charge me $50. I said I would close my account and they eventually agreed to send a replacement free of charge.

Appalling customer service. Had a 13 month old £2000 OLED TV that had burn in on the TV and they wouldn’t replace or fix it for free. Only one month out of warranty but they said they wouldn’t do anything even if it was in warranty because pausing the TV is ‘user miss use’. Unbelievable! Do not buy LG products!

This was a deliberate scam.Yet indiegogo had refused refunds and refused action against CIVILITYI've outreached both indiegogo and CIVILITY and they stole $200+ dollars from me

BEWARE OF THIS MISLEADING COMPANY. I set up an an account in 2021 as a new mum needing help. I believed I was signing up for 1 month. I had no idea that I had set up an auto-renew subscription.Three and a half years later, we discovered we've been charged $45 per month - over $1,700 of fees.This is a scam. Every other subscription app reminds you before they charge, we received zero communication. I hadn't logged in to care.com since 2021.I reached out to their customer support who blew me off saying "sorry you weren't aware of the T&Cs" - BECAUSE THEY WERE MISLEADING!There's a reason this company has just been fined $8.5m for misleading customers. I've requested a refund... Will update if I hear back but at this stage nothing.

However, after our professional relationship ended, and despite having an email confirmation of the ownership transfer to my name—a process I accepted—Shopify has refused to officially recognize me as the account owner. To add insult to injury, during the period they claimed to be "reviewing my inquiry," I continued to incur charges. Based on this frustrating ordeal, I find it difficult to recommend their services.
