okay HP customer service really really REALLY sucks. they literally can take 10 minutes to reply each message during a support section. The technician disappeared without saying anything for 1 hour.

We love Thriftbooks! Books are expensive, so it's great to fill my little one's library with used books. We usually order very good condition, and they are almost like new! The price cannot be beat when it comes to children's books :)

People who complain have most likely not set it up correctly, which isn't hard at all.

Started out strong, but is now very weak

C1 started out as an okay company, but it has gotten worse over these last year. My final straw was the harassment for something I never got before and them not updating their system, when the update has been done in the app. Poor customer service representatives that think they know about a person by treating me like I don't know anything. An refusing to fix a problem that was very fixable just 1 years ago. Taking over a major brand credit holders but not providing them adequate customer service for them. All accounts will be closed, including those on individuals I referred to C1.
