Would definitely recommend it to any store owner. I've been using it since 2015 and don't want to switch to anything else! Easy to use and works mostly fine. The support is always happy to help and for the price, you won't find a better solution!

Review of calendly
As a control freak I was reluctant to use Calendly (or similar tool), but am thrilled that I finally gave it a try. I am still in control of my calendar and scheduling with clients, but without the headaches and multiple back and forth emails! Calendly saves me a lot of time.

Quite possibly the most frustrating design experience I've ever had. Was designing a website for my company and every step I took was just another hurdle to jump over. Incredibly slow design engine that is clunky and difficult to format anything on; also, the mobile version of the site constantly gets jumbled up instead of adapting like you'd think it would. Limited design capabilities including not having the ability to just upload custom fonts WITHOUT having to use any sort of coding, which, especially if you're claiming to be a website builder that makes things easier should be one of the most basic features. Image uploads are ridiculous because they have to be massive sizes in order to have any kind of good quality. The so-called "fluid" engine is anything but; the formatting has some serious issues, everything is hard to move around on it. On top of all this, the blocks are only customizable at a surface level and in order to alter anything else that actually matters design wise, like removing unnecessary spacing on a newsletter block (which took me 3 hours), you need to use code. Lots of random website glitches that forced me to shut down my search engine and reboot it just to get things working again. Technical support is garbage and honestly you would be better off just watching a YouTube tutorial, because god knows you won't get any help from the support staff. Overall a super f**king horrible experience and especially not worth the mountainous prices they charge on their plans. Steer extremely clear of this platform if you're a serious designer, or someone who wants a better designed site. It's not worth it.
Review of outlook
I thought I was the only one who thought that Outlook was bad, this is a truly rubbish email account, I can hardly make head or tail out of it. Even to send a simple email, outlook has managed to make that difficult. And when you send an email, say a quiet prayer that the recipient receives it.Immediately a task I am working on has been completed, I am deleting the Outlook app from my phone.
Review of klaviyo
Lot of issues - I keep opening tickets with Klaviyo customer support and nothing has been resolved. I am losing customers everyday as the click rate that Klaviyo shows is wrong as I am tracking the clicks in Clarity and clearly there are a lot of clicks that are not showing in Klaviyo.
Review of garmin
Avoid at all costs. Was trying to update the maps on my new gps and nothing would happen. Called customer service and was told my computer was too messed up to accept the download. But, for 199 they could clean up the computer for one year, 300 for 2 years, or 700 for 5 years. Sounds like a scam to me. The lifetime updates are absolutely useless.

Now that they were bought out- Customer service has plummeted. I ordered a $995 outdoor chair that was supposed to come with cushion covers mid June. The shipper lost them, so they never got delivered, after being told they'd take 4-6 weeks to ship over and over again for 4 months- it was clear they weren't going to be delivered. When I asked to rectify the situation via partial refund- they were going to give me a $150 STORE CREDIT!?!? To a store that was literally currently giving me the run-around. $150 wasn't even satisfactory as a refund since that only covers the amount of me ordering the covers retail myself. THEY GIVE OUT COUPONS FOR MORE THAN THAT!! They can't compare to the other companies that sell the same products. Lesson learned.

Review of macys
I had my Macys account hacked into and someone From a different state had purchased $350.00 worth of items on it. I noticed it since Macys sends out emails of your recent purchases and knew it was not me. I called them and they immediately took care of everything. They cancelled the orders that they could and i got a new card number and did not get charged for any of it. I was very impressed with they way they took care of me. I have been shopping Macys for at least 30 years+. It has been my go to store and I have Had good experience with the online shopping as well. They always have good sales, they never give me a hard time about returns, even the online items that i can return to the store. The selection is usually very good and i just overall like their products. I do have to admit that clothes over all no matter where i shop dont seem the quality as it used to be. The material doesnt look or feel as nice as it used to for not all but a lot of products. I am very happy with Macys and i cannot wait to go back into the store (when Covid 19 is gone). I always have fun shopping there for clothes, Shoes, cosmetics and housewares. I just hope they dont close my favorite store due to lack of sales because of Covid.
Review of lenovo
So, I will say the laptops are fabulous! Lenovo has a really great product! However, shopping at lenovo.com is extremely frustrating for me as a small business owner. I cannot recall how many times I've entered in my first name, last name, and lost my shopping cart due to some timeout feature they have going. This time, I spent 10-12 minutes fishing for my credit card, had to go out to my car, and when I came back to lose my customized cart at the payment screen. Instead of just re-entering in my CC information and submitting again, I have to shop all over again, customize my order again, and check-out all in 30 minutes or go thru that a 3rd time. God forbid I Just been super awful, I've done this 3 times now in the past 2 years, no improvement in the user experience. I submitted my review on their feedback section and after I submit there, I received some server error. Such a joke, so that's why I came to trustpilot, hopefully someone will see this.Wish you could build a standard laptop spec for business's so we can just order the laptops that meet our requirements quicker as well.

Review of evernote
A very intrusive push to upgrade from free by Evernote. You cannot do anything without seeing multiple popups telling you to upgrade. It's understandable that they want paying customers but in this case they should discontinue the free plan altogether. It seems that they don't even read reviews since I cannot find a single response to customer feedback which shows a lack of care. Such a shame - it used to be a good app.
