Use another platform

I had signed up for a course got to the end of it and it wouldn’t let me complete it to receive the certificate. I spent a lot of time and money on this course and I never got my certificate even though I did all the work. It is a scam and impossible to find a human to speak to to get things corrected and honored. The Loops I had to go through just to cancel the monthly charges. I do not recommend this site at all. Becareful.

Scammers, I have send a request to cancel my subscription, which they completely ingnored resulting in another charge on my credit card.The system is designed in a way that requires users to submit a manual request to cancel their subscription, whereas most other platforms offer a straightforward, automated cancellation process.I would recommend using a virtual card adding funds only for a month each time!!!It’s quite telling that your team is quick to respond to negative reviews on Trustpilot, yet continues to ignore a straightforward subscription cancellation request I submitted over a month ago. It shouldn’t be easier to get a public reply than it is to receive basic customer support.Frankly, whoever is responsible for managing your customer service operations should seriously reevaluate their priorities—or be replaced. This level of disregard for customer communication is unacceptable.For context, the response I finally received to my follow-up email yesterday was the following:"Hi, Thanks again for reaching out to our team.We’re really sorry we haven't gotten to your inquiry yet. Due to unexpectedly high volume, we’re a little slower in our replies than we’d like to be.Don’t worry though! Your ticket is still in our queue and remains a top priority of ours.Thanks for bearing with us and we apologize for any inconvenience our delayed reply has caused.Kind Regards,"

This this the most annoying captcha in the internet

This this the most annoying captcha in the entire internet. It's so hard to solve, the image is too blurry and similar, and you have to submit the 100% accurate answer to pass. I don't even know why some website owner still use this kind of captcha, it's literally can lower their "real human" traffic.

Matty offered to fit our fence panels for free as he needs the experience. We left him alone for the day and, unfortunately, he erected the panels in the shape of several swastikas! We called him right away to fix this and he told us to "f*** off you gay c&nts". Fortunately, the panels fell down during the call as they were fitted so shoddily. DO NOT USE

Untrustworthy delivery information

Ordered patio furniture from Amazon that was being delivered via FedEx. All tracking showed it was out for delivery on 6/3. As of 6/6 nothing and delivery status mysteriously changed to delayed delivery without any explanation as to why. In talking to a FedEx rep he was not able to provide any additional information beyond it would be delivered the next business day. When asking for clarification as to whether Saturday was a business day, he said yes. We have our doubts. It is difficult to say this carrier is trustworthy.
