I transferred $500 from my savings account on 2/5 to my googlepay. the money was deducted and posted from my account 2/6. 2/11 I was told the transaction failed, but I have trace and transaction number, plus screenshots of the deduction. they can't provide a either. first it was it failed on 2/6 now its it failed 2/10. the math aunt mathing. I have filed a complaint with the entity that regulates their transmitter licenses. hopefully in fear of losing that license they will return my money to me.

AOL has allowed not one but two of my AOL emails to be hacked and will do an absolutely nothing to return them back to me. They keep telling me someone will contact you in 24 to 48 hours it's been over a month and a half I've called numerous times they just blow me off I've only accounts for over 30 years this is how they treat their customers.

i have been using Scribd for at least two years, likely more. It is a service that allows me to find books that are not in my local library. Or at times the book I want includes many other readers ahead of me. So Scribd is another option that I have found to be very helpful.

Among the advantages why I chose it - a democratic price and a simple intuitive interface. And now also super service! Technical support is great! I really like their products. But I ordered a book 9 days ago as I'm going on a trip. I have received a tracking link, but that tracking just says that they have received data about the package. This usually means that they have not even received the package yet. I will likely not get the book in time for me to use it for planning and maybe not even to bring it on my trip. These days, I think 2-3 days from order to receiving the goods would be best in class. 3-5 days would be ok. More than a week is substandard and disappointing. Its been 9 days, and its not even shipped yet - that just sucks. If you can't do direct-to-consumer sales better than this, maybe you should stop doing it or let someone else take care of it.

Unbelievable! I wrote a review for a company that didn't breach Glassdoor's supposed "policies and procedures," yet they still took down my review. Upon reaching out, a representative named Sophia Miller responded with rudeness and unprofessionalism. She claimed I violated their policy but contradicted herself by asserting they weren't obligated to explain the removal of my review. After checking Reddit threads, I discovered claims that Glassdoor tends to favor companies with Paid Subscriptions, fulfilling their requests unquestioningly. The company I reviewed consistently had negative reviews disappearing within a week. Save yourself the trouble with Glassdoor; Indeed appears to have a more transparent process and avoids questionable subscription politics.

One star is far too generous. I have called them many and multiple times and as per everyone else here. I was on hold forever only to be sent to an answering service and to never receive a call back. I have been waiting for 6 weeks and counting. They have no concept of customer service and don't give a crap about their clients big or small.
