Use to be one of the best. But now because they want you to upgrade they let your inbox be your spam box. So because I've had them for almost 20 years I still check my emails. But I no longer use them for my main email. I use Xfinity and Gmail.

Went in to Ulta to get some Christmas gift card and the girl asked if i would like to open a credit card I did And went to look for something but they didn’t have it in the store. So the lady told me i can order it online if i had signed up for they rewards program. And i did 5 years ago. I ordered it and was delivered to the wrong address. Apparently it keep my old address as a default address and my billing address as my new address. and t my shipping went to my old address. Called customer service and they said they wasn’t nothing they could do. So my 40 dollars of makeup went to someone else. Worst customer service ever didn’t even ask if they could gave me a gift card for my Troubles . Just said that it was my fault i should have looked at the email better and seen that the address was wrong.

It is too easy to create a fake profile on Twitter. You do not have to document that you are actually the person you want to create a profile for. But when you are trying to help a friend to remove an obvious impersonating, insulting, personally damaging, ugly fake profile which involves photos of a child minor of age the administration of Twitter demands an unreasonable amount of documentation. They do not accept national photo ID as the sole proof, They apparently do not look at or evaluate the presentation of the profile. They seem only to have an numeric interest in the number of users in the competition with other social medias....causing this way serious, damaging consecuenses to the life of the person who are suffering from the act of a bad person creating a fake profile in the name of another person publicing a false an negative image of this very same person. Come on, Twitter, You can do better than that. E.g. respect european laws AND in general your very own clients. It seems that Your company lacks a comon sense of ethics. My instagram was hacked last year and while Meta resolved the issue they also disabled my facebook account which was not hacked and I was unable to access my business page.Facebook help is none existent No humans to communicate with Meta has a monopoly on social media platforms which leave users vulnerable and harmful to their business.I look forward to a platform that charges a fee and provides competent policies that are consistent and effective to their users.That hire people users can connect with to resolve any issues or problems.
