Expressing appreciation for excellent Coursera customer support

I would like to commend the Coursera customer support team for their exemplary service. The representatives I interacted with conducted themselves with professionalism and kindness, attentively addressing my concerns. Throughout my correspondence with two different support agents, I felt respected, and our exchanges were productive. Although I did not receive a refund for all the months I requested, I truly appreciate the quality of support I received, which exceeded my expectations. Thank you.

Very bad customer support

Have purchased items from them for years. Recently purchased an OLED display for $39. After the display arrived I wired it up exactly as directed on their web site. The display did display an image but the image was VERY VERY dim. I tried a different library but still way to dim to work with. I contacted "customer support" and informed them of the problem. They directed me toward their forum for assistance. After several days of no response I emailed customer support to inform them of the no response. A support person did post on the site requesting additional information. I provided that the same day. After several more days I did not receive a response on the forum. I again email them informing them that I was not satisfied with the support I'm receiving. I was then banned from their site and could not even track orders I had still in progress. They did refund my purchase of the OLED but then emailed me asking me to seek another vendor. A very good suggestion.No phone support, no direct email support, never contacted by the same person and a very bad attitude when things go wrong with their defective products. The OLED display was not produced by them but they sell it and wont support it. They act like a bunch of children.

Yikes Y'all. Wired.com has forgotten about journalist integrity and instead decided to let snowflakes vent their personal feelings inside of, what should be important and professional reviews.If that's allowed then I should also be allowed to review Wired.com based on how their review "made me feel". Does NOT work anymore since their moronic UPDATE! It either doesn't recognize the EXACT ADDRESS I TYPE IN or It TURNS BLACK or it CONTINUOUSLY SAYS NO GPS FOUND when my GPS IS EFFIN ON!!!!

They closed my account for no reason and stole my money

I've invested lots of work in it and after I moved to another country, they claimed I had registered in a wrong country and now they blocked my account and stole my money. I hope that KARMA will hit them big time 100x. Stay away from Fotolia and Adobe.com. They should be prosecutet and sent to jail.

Fraudulent Sign up Constant Emails

The website does not require the users email to be verified before they begin to send messages. Someone signed up using my email and solicited jobs. Now my inbox is full of spam from potential "workers". The service never requested the person to verify email.

A++ satisfied: Logo and brand package

We needed a fast turn around on a logo and basic branding package. We received over 150 options from loads of talented designers and the customer service as a first time user was fantastic every step of the way. Very satisfied, we love our new logo and branding and will certainly be back when our business is ready for more products.

Pathetic customer service

Pathetic customer service from Kenneth E. I reached out after purchasing two couches as one of the couches has done nothing but fall apart. Even after using replacement parts to fix the tears along the lining, it continued to fall apart. We have no kids, no pets, and rarely use the couch. Wayfair's response was 10% off on a new couch. To make matters worse their customer service rep was completely rude.
