Beware of Apple’s AirPods Max: Unexpected Failure Despite Limited UseI’ve always trusted Apple for reliable, long-lasting products, but after my experience with the AirPods Max, I feel completely betrayed. I want to share this so others don’t make the same mistake.I didn’t even use my AirPods Max often because of how heavy they are. I kept them because I trusted that, just like my other Apple devices, they would last a long time. But one day, out of nowhere, they just stopped working. No warning, no obvious issue — they were simply dead.Despite being out of warranty, I reached out to Apple for support, but I was repeatedly refused any help. This isn’t a case of normal wear and tear, it’s an issue with the product itself. And I’m not alone — many other users have had similar experiences, and there’s even a class action lawsuit in the US over these failures. Apple is ignoring its customers and not standing behind its products. If you’re considering buying AirPods Max, think twice. You might pay a premium for something that fails unexpectedly, and Apple won’t help when it happens.I won’t buy Apple products again, and I’m sharing this to warn others so they don’t end up in the same situation. Don’t let yourself be deceived by a company that doesn’t care about its customers. Please share this to help spread the word and protect others from making the same mistake.

Long time customer (since 2010), infrequent orderer. Finally got my hands on a Pi Zero 2W at Adafruit and checked out so quick that I used an old address from 2010 that was still on my online account. No worries, I noticed the mistake quickly and contacted Adafruit. Adafruit suspended my order before it was picked but could not update my address or do anything further for me - they would only cancel it. I waited after sending the cancellation email and the Pi never went back in stock, or someone else snatched it.The “customer service” even had the audacity to say at the end of the exchange “Please be sure to update your information in PayPal.”Thanks for nothing. I don’t know what happened to this company but I won’t be back. I deleted my 13-year old account after this incident.

Ordered my item in November. When I inquire on where it is, I get no actual answers just complete BS. The manufacturer has the item back in stock, so should UO. They are saying they don’t, after repeatedly pushing back the date. Be warned if you reach out for help, they might vindictively just not send your order, even if they get it. Dealing with their customer service lies over the course of months is just not worth it. I’m canceling an order I really wanted, guess they didn’t want to honor the price?DO NOT ORDER FROM UO.

After a week, I got absolutely ZERO inquiries about my dog via PetFinder. From my experience, this site must be a ghost town! I consistently got the most responses from CraigsList (I eventually found an adopter via CL). In second place was NextDoor. I understand that it can be nearly impossible to give away a dog, and you want to advertise everywhere you can. But, to start, I would save your $10, and just try NextDoor and CraigsList and renew your ad every 5 days or so. Hopefully, CL doesn't ban you from reposting too often. You might have to replace all of your photos, rewrite the wording of your listing, use a new email, and new phone number (or none) in order to get your listing back on CraigsList if they ban you.
