Asus policy is to NOT send replacement on defective warranty items. You WILL be stuck without your phone or laptop until they ship it back to you!!! Can you get by without a phone or laptop for days or weeks (still haven't figured out how long it will take).Get a brand that cares about your business and not just flashy technology.

Over the years I have spent so much money at UO, despite knowing they are fast fashion and that they also brazenly rip off artists' ideas to generate cheap knock-offs. Recently they have put a hold on my account - this would have been over a month ago - so that means I took the time to shop, select items, check out, have it go through only to have the order automatically cancelled a few minutes later. This happened repeatedly. Customer service cannot tell me why or do anything about it. Supposedly they have let someone know, who is supposed to contact me. Fortunately, some of the items I have been able to find at other sellers, so UO has definitely lost that business. I am done with them now, for all the reasons I mentioned above. I also had a friend who worked at UO and says the culture of the company is abysmal and employees are under paid and treated poorly. I just don't see patronizing them any longer when there are more socially and eco conscious businesses out there.

Lieber NDR Ich finde Markt ist eine tolle Sendung, gute Berichte und jo Hiller ist einfach toller Moderator für den Job. Ich möchte euch ein Feedback geben zu NDR 90,3 sorry aber mich hat dieser Sender als hörer verloren, habe sehr lange Ulf Ansorge am Morgen sehr gerne gehört doch seid einiger Zeit kann ich ihn morgens nicht mehr am Kopf haben. Stehe jeden Morgen mit Radio auf aber mit NDR Programmen geht das nicht mehr, am Montag kam der klopper Eva tanski hat geheiratet Glückwünsche nimmt sie gerne entgegen. Wenn ich heiraten würde dann käme es auch nicht im Radio, Frau tanski ist zwar auch sympathisch aber sorry ich kann das nicht mehr. Ich bin ein großer NDR Freund aber sorry 90,3 ist nicht mehr dabei. Ich hatte vor 2 Monaten Autogramme angefragt nichts gekommen schade aber das ist nicht schlimm. Markt schaue ich noch aber NDR Wellen sind bei mir unten durch sorry!.Liebe Grüße
