TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I WAS ON HOLD FOR 20 MINS BEFORE SOMEONE ANSWERED, THEN WHEN I TOLD HIM WHAT MY ISSUE WAS HE PLACED ME ON HOLD AGAIN FOR ANOTHER 10 MINS....THEN HUNG UP!!! THIS WAS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES IVE EVER SEEN.

They advertised to apply for auto refinancing and it won't hurt my credit, so I did. Then I immediately get an alert that Capital One is trying to access my Equifax credit report, which I have a freeze on all the credit reporting agencies. How can this not hurt my credit if your going to due a hard pull and check it.You just simply lied about it, my accounts are going elsewhere.
