The Worst Crypto Platform Ever 🚫

They lock your signup rewards and the only way to get it is to apply for their shi*ty Visa Card. Their fees are high as well. I am glad I closed my account.

May 23rd 2023 I bought Crypto

May 23rd 2023 I bought Crypto. Crypto.com received there money on May 23rd, 2023. As of June 3rd 2023, I still haven't received my BTC. I've asked Customer Service to either refund my money by wire or finish the BTC sale. Customer Service keeps saying our team is looking into it for a routine check, and originally it was supposed to take 3 days for a routine review, then 2 days, then 2 days more, now it's been 13 days since Crypto.com received my money and yet no BTC. Customer service keeps saying its checking with its team. But enough is enough, since I can't get a response from Crypto.com other than, we're working on it, I either want the BTC sale to finish or wire my money back into my account. I'm getting ready to file a complaint against the company with CFPB if I don't get satisfaction immediately. 13 days of holding onto my money and not receiving my BTC is ridiculous. Please be better Crypto.com and also have a better customer service who can say something besides our team is working on it! Worst crypto service ever. It's been 28 days that this company has kept my money and not purchased either BTC or returned my money. Don't use this company. If I could I'd give them 0!
