I don't know why I'm surprised at the 1.3 ⭐ rating. And you wouldn't think it would be so low being such a big company. But the bumbling customer service is what I've experienced ever since signing up in December 2023. Not only are they outrageously priced as I had Metro prior but had to change carriers as I relocated to a remote area. With Metro I was paying 150.00 a month for 4 lines AND Internet. Never was charged a penny more. AT&T however is all over the board with different charges each month. It's never the same. I remember I had AT&T years back and that's why I left them and nothing's changed. Only the customer service has gotten worse because they're not organized. Every time I call in I feel a sense of dread because I know it's going to go wrong. I don't think that this company should be as big as they are. If they can't even handle customer service aspects, that should be easy. I have their internet service as well and every time I call in about it for some reason or another they can never find my account. I'm put on hold consistently and generally transferred to at least 3 to five people before they can finally figure out the issue if they can. They don't have a problem taking my money at the time the bill is due but whenever I call in they can never find my account no matter how many times I've called and been on hold for up to an hour at a time. It's beyond ridiculous And I don't know how a company can survive being so inadequate. I really just want to leave AT&T because of the customer service but of course they've locked me into something or other. This company is horrible

I appreciate quick response to my issue. Although telephone calls would be much more effective for seniors as myself. I tend to at times get confused on instructions on how to fix things. In the end my issue was semi resolved because I was able to fix some of it myself by doing my own research.

There was ONE cashier and 4 self checkout’s. A line that extended to the middle of the store. I left my basket. I refuse to stand in a line if the store refuses to hire workers to check you out to lay for items it is ridiculous. It has also gotten worse!!

My husband and I have been loyal Target customers for MANY years. Since the woke and satanic line of clothing have been introduced and supported, we will no longer be shopping at Target, and will take our business elsewhere. Also, we will no longer be choosing the CVS Pharmacy located within Target Store. Like many others, we are shocked and disappointed in Target Corporate and their poor decision making.

I signed up with coinbase and invested some money and the say make any trade no purchase necessary and to make a trade you have to buy crypto and I ended up loosing around 50 dollars in trades I bought three different kind of crypto and each buy was a two dollar fee so that six dollars then I converted one for another and another 2 dollars then I just decided that they're just ripping me off in fees so I then had to turn all three into cash generating a fee for each one 6 more dollars then to withdraw it more fees I ended up with almost a fifty dollar loss the thing is if you look up a certain crypto they'll fill your phone or laptop or whatever you use with any crypto you looked up saying oh my god this crypto is going through the roof like when they lied to everyone saying that when Trump takes office to buy crypto and then it dumps that was so they could cash out on our money so ridiculous I strongly suggest to stay away from coinbase and others they are a ripoff!!! The thing is unless you have millions of dollars to invest so it they sucker you saying "just invest a 100 dollars and watch it grow" complete horseshit!!

DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES trust coinbase. They're unethical, unprofessional, impossible to work with, and their phone rep, after I only got out two sentences about why I was calling, told me to "F*** OFF" and hung up on me. NEGATIVE 10 stars
