this was from an order I. made back in October I've been the only one trying to dispute it. Never received my packages their carriers UPS & Lasership DO A POOR JOB NOT EVEN DELIVERING TO THE DAMN PACKAGE ROOM. SPOKE TO AESHA & MEMORY WHO WERE NNO HELP AT ALL! I SPENT $1000S shopping at this brand in-store and of course, the only time I purchase online this CRAP happens never again a FREAKING scam
