I set up a shop

I set up a shop. I was having trouble with shipping prices. Products are from Printful. I used the chat and had Mia as the rep. Answers were taking a long time, and she asked my to bear with her as she consulted Shipping Dept. It took 45 minutes to have her finally say that the shipping cost was from Printful, but when I went on there to adjust, Printful said Shopify had to adjust. I discovered that with a basic plan, you can't use carrier discounted prices. You have to upgrade.While I was waiting on chat, Mia would check in and say "helloooo," to confirm I was still there. Then confirmed my email. Finally, after 45 minutes, the answer was that Shopify couldn't correct the issue. At the end, I said "This is taking way too long," and she ended the chat session. I got around the issue by putting in a flat rate as close as I could to the actual rate. So now it's more accurate-- about $5 instead of $42 for a $10 item.
