So it's been I'm not sure a couple weeks since the last time I wrote on here explaining that no one responds to my emails there is no number to call a human, when you put in the account number that they give you... But they say is so important in getting customer service It doesn't work or their little robot says You did something wrong which clearly I have not but just to update still waiting still trying to find a place to send an email to or get someone to answer it's been really really really really frustrating so sorry that we bought these tests from this company
