They renew your yearly subscription WITHOUT any warning and when you request a refund you are never able to talk to a human, instead can only submit a ticket which they never get back to you about. This is the second time they have taken money from my account for a renewal without notice or permission and the second time they have completely ignored me!! Absolute sham!!! I would give 0 stars if possible and sharing my experience with my 313000 followers on instagram!!!
