We didn't know that the plan we've paid wasn't suitable for our needs, and customer service was so bad, we had to wait 2 days for an email reply in order to try to solve your situation, ending up wasting 7 days, which they wanted to add if we upgrade for the next plan.ISSUU told us to upgrade to the next plan if we paid the rest of the money, but due to having to wait so long for the replys, we had to proceed in getting another platform (there are plenty and many of those are free) so we don't lose clients.We wanted the refund and ISSUU does not refund for montly plans, only anuals!!!!!!!??? Losing $20 is as bad as $200 - for a starting company. I DON'T REMOMEND ISSUU TO ANYBODY
