I have been nothing but overall disappointed with Dell's customer service and with my new XPS 17. After spending 2.5k on a computer, it has had issues nonstop. Towards the end of my warranty, the dell support felt like they were slow rolling me to force me to have to buy another warranty to have to fix the issues I have been having for months. After spending this amount of money on a computer, I wanted it to work smoothly, while this could not have been further from the truth. Furthermore, their rewards system is fairly cryptic, and they do not send an email when your points are about to expire, which I think would be a common courtesy. I am disappointed, and I look forward to when this computer ages out and I can get one that works.
