Poor service throughout

Summary:Unable to process a pre-order despite taking my money. They have been investigating this for 4 weeks and are still unable to explain why they can't send me the book.Detail:I pre-ordered The Glamour Boys in February 2021. I got a confirmation email saying that this will be processed in August 2021 once the book is published.Early August I get an email informing me that the book is published and my order is being processed. This was soon followed by another email informing me that my order has been processed, payment taken and the book is on its way and to allow 3-5 days for delivery.End of August, I gave them a grace period in view of the pandemic and all sorts, I sent an email asking what was happening with my order. I received an email from Jack saying they will investigate this. I gave this a week with no response. So enquired again, noting that on the website the book is in stock, on sale and the delivery dates are the same. There are no pandemic conditions or any other excuses on the website. Another email from Jack just stating that they are still investigating and to give them a few more days. I have requested a refund as its not likely I am going to get the book. I might be fighting to get the refund next....
