I ordered a large print edition of a Harry Potter book in paperback form from the website. I then received a standard paperback copy of the book. When I queried this with 'customer services' by email, I was advised that I had "misordered" and the large print edition was only available in hardback. The website clearly showed the large edition was available in paperback so I provided a photo to the advisor. The advisor said he would pass on my feedback with regards to how it presents on the mobile website. He then advised that they are not covering the return postage as I had misordered! WOW! This was not misordered, I was MISLED!! Honestly, I am shocked at the lack of customer service. This is now a matter of principle.
