I don't know why I'm surprised at the 1.3 ⭐ rating. And you wouldn't think it would be so low being such a big company. But the bumbling customer service is what I've experienced ever since signing up in December 2023. Not only are they outrageously priced as I had Metro prior but had to change carriers as I relocated to a remote area. With Metro I was paying 150.00 a month for 4 lines AND Internet. Never was charged a penny more. AT&T however is all over the board with different charges each month. It's never the same. I remember I had AT&T years back and that's why I left them and nothing's changed. Only the customer service has gotten worse because they're not organized. Every time I call in I feel a sense of dread because I know it's going to go wrong. I don't think that this company should be as big as they are. If they can't even handle customer service aspects, that should be easy. I have their internet service as well and every time I call in about it for some reason or another they can never find my account. I'm put on hold consistently and generally transferred to at least 3 to five people before they can finally figure out the issue if they can. They don't have a problem taking my money at the time the bill is due but whenever I call in they can never find my account no matter how many times I've called and been on hold for up to an hour at a time. It's beyond ridiculous And I don't know how a company can survive being so inadequate. I really just want to leave AT&T because of the customer service but of course they've locked me into something or other. This company is horrible
