so i want to share my experience about their support , its literally trash , if you buy an asus laptop test everything and wish it never gets bad or breaks as if it does then you are literally screwed , nobody will help you out with anything they will just throw you here and there and you have to wait months for them , super slow process , i have never seen anything this bad in my life before, trash is too much for them tbh
